Henrik Schwarz - Together EP
The veteran of challenging, cross-genre experimentation and collaboration, Henrik Schwarz, returns to our imprint with his "Together" EP.
The lead track “Come Together” matches a timely message with an equally uplifting sound, and provides a masterclass in composition and sound design, taking few elements and transforming them into a crescendo of devotional ecstasy.
From the off, „Omnibus“ makes its intentions known with a powerful kick drum and bass thrum, yet contrasts that with melodic sweeps and stanzas which shimmer with an recognisable retro gleam.
By using acoustic instruments as the source of his music, he creates freshly new electronic sounds through its treatment with digital interfaces. In addition to his live performances, Henrik focuses strongly on his jazz projects away from the electronic cosmos, but with his new tracks "Come Together" and "Omnibus" he proves once again that he seamlessly ties in with his never aging sound.
